As always, Federico gave me an excellent massage today. Slowly but surely, my seemingly chronic tension in esp. shoulder-back-neck region is thankfully diminishing. Again, massages are always excellent, relaxing, very reasonably priced, it's quiet with soothing background music, and I receive honest feedback on the status of my body--feedback that gives me hope that it's indeed improving. It was a celebretory day, when I was told that my body was no longer stressed. It was "only" tension. In summary, I highly recommend Plenitude Massage!!

It was amazing. It helped a lot with my tension especially in my shoulders and it was even a bit therapeutic. I can’t wait for my next appointment
